Continuum - John Mayer

Historically, Continuum has been around for less time than any of the other albums on this list. But that doesn't discount the emotional power that it has had in my life. I like to think of this as an album I can not only relate to but also feel really good listening to.

As you may know by now, I love to be able to sing along or head bop to music, while also being able to feel good about the message. This album does those things.

It cannot be overstated that John Mayer is an absolutely incredible guitarist. This applies not just to performance, but to writing as well. It's glorious to hear each new idea unfold in a really tasteful order in this album.

Smooth. Funky. Moving.
